This Privacy Policy explains how Unscripted Leadership collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data. Unscripted Leadership is operated jointly by the two companies below, which act as joint data controllers responsible for your personal data:

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This policy applies to personal data we collect through our website unscripted-leadership.com, through our interest form and any mailing list, and through any other contact with website visitors and prospective participants. By using our website, you acknowledge the practices described here.

The personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Our legitimate interests — to operate and secure our website, respond to enquiries, and build the relationships behind this venture, provided your interests and rights do not override these.

Third-party services and processors

We use a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate this website. Each processes personal data on our behalf or as an independent controller and is governed by its own privacy policy. We share only the data necessary for the relevant service:

• Website hosting — DreamHost (website hosting and server logs).

The interest form shown on this site is not yet active and currently collects no data. When it goes live, we will name the provider that processes form submissions and update this policy. As Unscripted Leadership's activities develop, we may engage additional providers and will update this policy accordingly. We exercise no control over these providers' own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

International data transfers

Some of our providers are based outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data abroad, we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism: a destination country recognised as providing adequate protection; the Swiss–US and EU–US Data Privacy Frameworks for certified recipients; or appropriate contractual safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional measures where needed. Cookies and website data

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party tracking. Fonts are served from this website rather than a third-party font network, so viewing these pages does not share your data with a font provider. If we add cookies or analytics later, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

We keep the details you submit only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and we delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed or on your request. Where a statutory retention period applies, we keep the relevant records for that period.
